Description

Several Immunizations are required by CSU based on EO 803 and the Health and Safety Code 120390.5. Students Health and Counseling Services has been tasked with the collection of immunization records for all new students, transfer students, graduate students and international students to ensure compliance.
SHCS and IRT need to create a simple way to upload collected immunization information contained in our Electronic Medical Records System (EMR) to the campus CMS immunization module in order to facilitate immunization holds being placed on students who are not compliant with the EO.
