This project is for research and an RFP to implement a best practice, streamlined order to print system which will automate each step of the process from online order entry through accounting, billing and reporting. This project will significantly improve customer service, internal billing, job control as well as reporting processes. Speed and accuracy of orders will improve as customers will see their “proofs” as part of the order entry process. Estimates are automated which will reduce the “back and forth” processes. Billing will be integrated into the MIS. Orders will be prepped to operate with printing equipment reducing job setup times.
