The current DOA module in CFS is cumbersome to maintain and not suited for effective and efficient auditing, deprovisioning and for use as a source system for many of the financial services projects and consumers. This project proposes to develop a custom module in the HCM system that will utilize job data for provisioning and maintaining DOA information.
Goals & Objectives

- Streamline the current administration of Delegation of Fiscal Authority Data(DOA).
- Improve auditing and reporting capability on DOA data.
- Automate the deprovisioning of DOA information using job information from the HR system.
- Serve as a source system for DOA information for secondary systems such as Concur.

Description

Our current Delegation of Authority process is both manual and inaccurate. We need an accurate DOA for other projects dealing with workflow, such as Concur and Onbase projects.
