The Employee checkout list is used to help ensure that employees leaving the university have taken the steps necessary to return university property, keys, and parking passes. The process was recently reviewed and improved, but is still a paper system. The process could be further enhanced through automation.

To remove paper and paper storage, and make the process more efficient for employees and managers.
