Currently, IRT is using TeamDynamix for project portfolio management. IRT also is paying for the ServiceNow Project Management module, which has never been utilized. However, all other requests such as incidents, operations, enhancements are managed through ServiceNow. It will be beneficial for IRT to use one platform for all service requests, which also will allow to accurately report on all work efforts and perform the resource management/capacity planning.
