Capitol Public Radio is moving and IRT needs to provide them with the infrastructure set up. Also, Sacramento State IRT will start supporting Chico radio station.
Goals & Objectives
Objectives are specific, measurable, and timed outcomes of the project that are stated in terms of the problem solutions or opportunities users will experience.
1. Two Memorandums of Understanding (with Chico and CPR)
2. Network connectivity in the downtown bldgs
3 Network connectivity to Chico
4. Network design.
5. Internal network equipment and support ( wiring, labeling the jacks, phones, internet, TVs, etc.)
6. Domain migration
7. Server support
8. Service Desk support
9. Desktop imaging.

The person in your area who will help lead the following: document requirements, bring in appropriate resources (e.g., faculty, students, staff, etc.), and oversee tasks, testing, and training.
